Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of PicDraw on iOS and Android and supplement the terms of the store through which you obtained the app.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using PicDraw, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose and license
PicDraw is a personal creative utility that helps you convert a photo into a guide and trace it onto a physical surface. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PicDraw on compatible devices you own or control, subject to the applicable store usage rules.
3. Your photos and artwork
You retain ownership of photos and artwork you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use any image you choose. Do not use PicDraw to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
4. Safe use
Secure your phone or tablet on a stable stand before tracing. Keep the device, charging cable, flashlight, and drawing tools away from conditions that could cause injury or property damage. Do not use PicDraw while driving or where camera use is prohibited.
5. Purchases and refunds
PicDraw may offer a one-time lifetime unlock. The price shown in the app is processed by Apple or Google and may vary by storefront. Purchase restoration uses the store account that made the purchase. Billing, payment, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under the applicable App Store or Google Play policies.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse PicDraw, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls outside authorized testing, redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change as PicDraw improves or as iOS and Android platforms change. The app may not work with every device, image, lighting condition, stand, or surface. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, compatibility, legal, or security reasons.
8. Intellectual property
PicDraw’s software, branding, interface, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of PicDraw or its branding to you.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicDraw is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Results depend on the source image, camera position, lighting, paper, and user technique.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the PicDraw developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Termination
Your right to use PicDraw may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect app, legal, or platform changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
