Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the PicDraw applications for iOS and Android with identifier com.polokhalo.picdraw, and to this support website.

2. Information the app accesses

Photos you choose

When you select a photo, PicDraw loads that image on your device to crop, rotate, mirror, create an outline, and display a tracing guide. The app does not upload the photo to the developer or to a cloud service.

Camera

Camera access powers photo capture and the live tracing preview. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not transmitted to the developer.

Drawing videos

If you choose Record, PicDraw creates a camera video on the device and saves it to Photos on iOS or Movies/PicDraw on Android. PicDraw does not upload the recording.

Purchases

The optional lifetime unlock is processed by Apple through StoreKit or by Google through Google Play Billing. PicDraw reads the purchase entitlement needed to unlock features. The developer does not receive your store-account credentials or payment-card details.

Local settings

PicDraw stores small preference and access-state values on your device, such as whether onboarding was completed, which free tracing projects were started, and saved project settings. These values are not sent to the developer.

App analytics

PicDraw uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and where the experience can be improved. Analytics events can include screen visits, onboarding completion, use of tracing, coloring and puzzle tools, saves, resumes, exports, paywall interactions, and purchase outcomes. They do not include the contents of your photos, drawings, projects, camera feed, or recordings.

Firebase automatically assigns an app-instance identifier and may process app, device and operating-system details, general location derived from a masked IP address, and StoreKit or Google Play purchase-event information such as product identifier and price. PicDraw does not set a user ID, collect an advertising identifier, or link analytics to an account or your real-world identity. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad-personalization signals are disabled.

On-device subject isolation on Android

The optional Subject Only tool uses Google ML Kit through Google Play services. Google Play services may download the segmentation model, but the selected image is processed on your device and is not sent to PicDraw servers.

3. Data PicDraw does not collect

• No account, name, email address, or contact list
• No advertising identifier, cross-app tracking, or behavioral advertising
• No account-based or personally identified analytics profile
• No precise location
• No cloud copy of your photos, outlines, camera feed, or recordings

4. Sharing and third parties

PicDraw does not sell or share app data with advertisers or data brokers. Google processes the limited analytics information described above as the provider of Firebase Analytics. Apple and Google also provide system features including store billing, media access, camera permissions, and on Android the optional ML Kit model, under their own terms and privacy practices. This support site is hosted by GitHub Pages. When you visit it, GitHub may process standard web connection information under the GitHub Privacy Statement. If you voluntarily open a public GitHub issue, the content you submit is processed and displayed by GitHub.

5. Retention and deletion

PicDraw does not maintain a developer database of your photos, drawings, projects, or camera content. Imported images, saved projects, and generated outlines remain on the device and are not uploaded. Videos remain in Photos or Movies until you delete them. Local app data can be removed by deleting the app. Purchase history is maintained by Apple or Google and can be managed through the account used for the purchase.

Firebase Analytics retains app-usage events according to the retention settings of the PicDraw Firebase project and provides aggregated reports to the developer. Deleting the app removes its local app-instance identifier and a later reinstall receives a new identifier, but previously collected analytics may remain in aggregated or retained reports.

Support requests posted on GitHub can be edited or deleted through your GitHub account. You may also ask for help through the support request page.

6. Your choices

You can revoke Camera or media permission at any time in your iOS or Android device settings. PicDraw will continue to work where possible, but features that require the revoked permission will be unavailable. You can also contact PicDraw Support with questions about analytics or privacy.

7. Children’s privacy

PicDraw does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. The app does not contain social features, targeted advertising, or cross-app behavioral tracking. The limited, non-account analytics described above apply to app use.

8. Changes to this policy

If PicDraw’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before or when the related app update is released. The effective date at the top will also be revised.
