Open the app, choose your schedule type and group during onboarding. Every past and future day then shows your tours automatically. You can change your group any time in More → Work profile, and add manual overrides for details, trades, or special assignments from the Calendar.
All logbook entries are stored on your device. Use More → Back Up Records to export a backup file you control, and More → Export CSV for spreadsheets. We recommend backing up regularly — records are never uploaded to us.
The Library contains the NYC Fire Code and Fire Department rules (Title 3 RCNY) from enacted public law, searchable and downloadable for offline reading. Text is provided for reference only — always follow current official orders, training, and department policy.
Study Focus is optional. It only shields apps you pick, for sessions you start yourself, and everything else in the app works without granting Screen Time access. Screen Time data never leaves your device.
