Overview

Field Library does not require an account and does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.

Information processed to provide the app

When you search, your query is sent to the Field Library service to retrieve matching official-source passages. When you request enhanced Read Aloud, the selected passage is sent to the Field Library speech service to generate audio. These requests are used to provide the feature you selected, maintain reliability, and protect the service from misuse.

Standard server security records may include limited technical information such as request time, network address, response status, and device or browser headers. They are not used for advertising or to build a marketing profile.

Information stored on your device

Saved references and trade-alert preferences are stored locally on your device. Field Library does not currently provide an account-based synchronization service.

Product analytics

Field Library uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand whether core features work and which general workflows are useful. Firebase may process an app-instance or device identifier, product interactions such as screens and feature actions, and subscription purchase events. This information is used for analytics, is not linked by Field Library to your identity, and is not used for cross-app advertising or tracking.

Field Library does not send your search questions, retrieved code passages, saved-reference content, precise location, name, email address, or phone number to Firebase Analytics. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy and service terms.

Official websites

The app may open official government source links. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies and are not controlled by Field Library.

Data choices

You can remove locally stored Field Library data by deleting the app. You may avoid sending text to the enhanced speech service by using your device’s native accessibility and speech features. Field Library does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Children

Field Library is a professional construction reference product and is not directed to children under 13.
