PestLabel Pro is a field reference and recordkeeping aid for licensed pest management professionals. It surfaces official public data (EPA product metadata, accepted label PDFs, EPA Section 24(c) data, and New York DEC NYSPAD registration data), links to official New Jersey sources for a human registration review, helps you organize label evidence and safety documents, and generates application records you attest to yourself.
Under federal law, the labeling on the pesticide container governs every use of that product. Nothing in PestLabel Pro — including machine-extracted excerpts, calculators, checklists, registration checks, or exports — replaces, amends, or interprets the container label. You must read and follow the physical container label and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
The app provides reference information, not agronomic, safety, medical, or legal advice. It does not determine whether any application is lawful or appropriate, does not file anything with any agency, and does not replace certification, licensing, training, employer procedures, or professional judgment. Data from government sources can be incomplete, delayed, or superseded.
You are responsible for holding the required certifications and licenses, for verifying registration status and site-specific requirements with official sources, for the accuracy of records you create and sign, and for meeting your own recordkeeping and reporting obligations.
PestLabel Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including regulatory penalties, crop or property damage, or personal injury connected to pesticide use.
