PestLabel Pro stores field records and documents on your device. There are no accounts, advertising, or cross-app tracking. If you explicitly opt in, the app uses Firebase Analytics to measure anonymous app and workflow performance. Automated product requests go only to public U.S. EPA and New York DEC data services and never include information about you, your customers, or your records. Government-resource links, including NJDEP product reports, open in the system browser.
Everything you enter or download stays on your iPhone: saved products and favorites, downloaded label and SDS PDFs, label-review notes and reviewer names, state-verification notes, application records (including customer names and site addresses you type), and review-governance settings. The record-integrity key is stored in your device Keychain and never leaves the device.
To show you official data, the app requests: product metadata and label PDFs from the U.S. EPA Pesticide Product Label System; the EPA Section 24(c) product file; and New York DEC's NYSPAD product open-data export. These requests contain only the public registration numbers or files being looked up — no personal information, no identifiers, no record contents. New Jersey product-report and regulation links open separately in the system browser. Those government services and websites may keep standard server logs under their own policies.
Analytics is off until you choose “Share Anonymous Analytics.” If enabled, Google Firebase Analytics may receive app opens, app version, device and operating-system information, coarse geographic information, an app-instance identifier, the selected two-letter work-state code, and fixed workflow events such as whether a lookup succeeded, a label was saved offline, a state check was recorded, a record was completed, or an export succeeded.
Analytics never includes customer or applicator names, addresses, license or certification numbers, EPA registration numbers, product names, search text, notes, documents, signatures, record identifiers, or record contents. Advertising storage, ad personalization, Google Ads integration, IDFA use, and cross-app tracking are disabled. You can change your choice in Settings at any time; turning analytics off also resets this installation’s Analytics identifier. Google processes Analytics data under its own terms and privacy documentation.
CSV and PDF exports happen only when you trigger them, through the iOS share and file interfaces you choose. The app never transmits records anywhere on its own.
Settings → Delete All Local Data removes saved products, documents, checks, and records from the app. Deleting the app removes its documents and settings from the device.
PestLabel Pro is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
